His own journey of self-discovery led to a powerful realisation: “business doesn’t have to sell its soul to grow”. This insight became the foundation of his consultancy, built on a simple yet profound proposition – “integrity is the most underutilised growth strategy in business”.

With over 30 years of experience as a solo consultant (and owner of multiple micro-businesses) in India, Australia and Bhutan, Santosh has worked across a wide range of industries in developed, developing and underdeveloped economies – both onsite and virtually. He has witnessed great businesses tumble not due to lack of funds, talent, or data, but due to a lack of business integrity – a principle that underpins every consulting solution he offers.
Armed with a PhD in Business (Organisational Downsizing) from Australian Catholic University, Brisbane, Santosh blends academic grit with ground-level wit. Using this approach, he translates his dense academic findings into actionable business insights in his regular consulting work.
Santosh has dedicated Fridays to volunteering services (Philosophy: Give back to your community!). For over two decades, he has been an active life member of multiple NGOs in India, Australia and other countries.
He’s a long-drive enthusiast who loves exploring unfamiliar landscapes, an avid reader, a melomaniac, multicuisine foodie and a recipe developer and/or experimenter.
Brad has been helping people find reasons (first) and then ways (second) to collaborate more effectively.

Brad works within the behavioural aspects of change intiatives and uses both behavioural and computing technologies to help people achieve their aspirational objectives together.
His knowledge management work and e-learning initiatives over 35 years within the contexts of the oil and gas, finance, sustainable development, social inclusion, justice and legal domains affords him a breadth and depth of insights which surface and refine themselves during his professional and personal engagements. His clients include British Petroleum, Scottish Enterprise, Centrica, IBM, SAIC and others.
He is the founder of multiple business ventures in the UK. Author of two books and referenced in others, Brad sometimes sets his organizational change work aside to help with red squirrel conservation in the Lake District, England where he lives
