Brad works within the
behavioural aspects of change initiatives and uses both behavioural and
computing technologies to help people achieve their aspirational objectives
together.
His knowledge management work and e-learning initiatives over
35 years within the contexts of the oil and gas, finance, sustainable
development, social inclusion, justice and legal domains affords him a breadth
and depth of insights which surface and refine themselves during his
professional and personal engagements. His clients include British Petroleum, Scottish
Enterprise, Centrica, IBM, SAIC and others.
He is the founder of
multiple business ventures in the UK. Author of two books and referenced in
others, Brad sometimes sets his organizational change work aside to help with
red squirrel conservation in the Lake District, England where he lives.
