Founder & Chief Disruptor

Santosh is a curious soul who makes disruption sound charming while helping businesses grow with integrity.

His journey of self-discovery led to a powerful realization: business doesn’t have to sell its soul to grow. This insight underpins his consultancy. He helps enterprises—across every size, scale, and sector—transform business integrity into a high-performance strategic asset that fuels deep market trust, customer loyalty, and sustainable, long-term performance.

With over 30 years of experience as a solo consultant and founder of multiple micro-businesses, Santosh has navigated complex markets across a wide range of industries in developed, developing and under-developed economies (onsite and/or virtually). Through this global vantage point, he observed a recurring truth: great businesses rarely crumble from a lack of capital, talent, or data—they fail from a deficit in business integrity.

Santosh brings heart, ethics, and cultural empathy to everything he does, whether he is navigating high-stakes market access in the boardroom or experimenting with new recipes in his kitchen.

He leads a dynamic lifestyle where his business trips naturally expand into leisure (bleisure), and his vacations inspire new entrepreneurial ventures (reverse bleisure). Living at the intersection of bleisure and reverse bleisure allows him to bring a truly unique, multi-disciplinary lens to everything he does.

He wears multiple hats—acting as a consultant, facilitator, entrepreneurial innovator, strategist, researcher, ethicist, analyst, business developer, trainer, chartered engineer, technologist, policy-maker, author, curriculum designer, and adjunct/visiting professor or professor of practice. Because this diverse blend of consulting, innovation, research and training consistently delivers results, his long-term clients often joke that they could easily add a few more titles to his name.

As a transnational consultant, Santosh serves a diverse global clientele—masterfully balancing commercial growth with a deep commitment to pro bono initiatives—while simultaneously lending his expertise to premier academic enterprises (spanning universities, business schools, and engineering colleges).

His collaborative footprint reaches across sectors and scales worldwide, from Fortune 500s to premier Australian and Indian businesses, a thriving ecosystem of over 500 forward-thinking enterprises, and countless individual change leaders.

Parallelly, his brief yet deeply impactful academic leadership tenures—serving as Governing Council Member, Academic Council Member, Director, Academic Dean—have leveraged his fiduciary, policy-making, and top-tier governance capabilities to consistently transform institutional culture, resolve operational vulnerabilities, and dismantle systemic bottlenecks to drive the successful design and execution of bold institutional growth strategies and transformative repositioning initiatives.

A snapshot of his diverse global experience includes:

  • Gathering market and competitive intelligence for a major aviation client, alongside conducting sales training and CX audits for MNCs.

  • Leadership restructuring for a pioneering India-based endocrinology center.
  • Designing change management strategies and course curricula aligned with Gross National Happiness (GNH) philosophy for a public-funded business school in Bhutan.
  • Scaling cross-border business development for a Belgium-based Intellectual Capital Management firm.
  • Partnering with UN agencies and UK- and EU-based experts to design and build emerging global systems.
  • Spearheaded a strategic-capability building initiative for a premier technical university by independently delivering a turnkey machine shop project—managing everything from greenfield layout design and specialized HVAC infrastructure to the commissioning of state-of-the-art advanced machine tools (including portable CNC technology).
  • Drivien pro bono strategic collaborations for Brisbane Airport, South Bank Corporation (South Brisbane), and several NGOs across Australia.
  • Advancing global social and civic impact both independently and collaboratively with top-tier organisations such as the Red Cross and Common Cause across India and worldwide.
  • Contributing as a peer reviewer for multiple international journals published across the USA, UK, Canada, and other global regions, driven by an active membership and standing within global professional bodies, viz., ASME, IEI, and others.
  • Each venture has driven his core conviction: business integrity is the essential foundation for sustainable growth.

Armed with a PhD in Business from Australian Catholic University and an M.E. in Production Management from Karnatak University, Santosh seamlessly bridges academic rigour with ground-level wit to deliver sharp, actionable insights that move the needle.

Beyond consulting, Santosh dedicates Fridays to volunteering, has supported global NGOs for over two decades, and is a passionate long-drive enthusiast, avid reader, melomaniac, and experimental recipe developer.
